It’s the first step. The one that ‘primes’ us for change.
So don’t just ‘hope for the best’.
Before you begin, take a long, hard look at the issue. Identify the potential pitfalls, the problems, the barriers – and deal with them, plan for them…remove them.
Do the preparation first…the end result will look better and last longer.
